• IDR (Frances)
  • Met with BIA last week to discuss RO-Crate data for submitted data. Will be based on IDR study file (won’t include strain and genes as originally requested). Should be scriptable to conver from study files
  • Conversion of timelapse images done, but may need to redo to meet array specs at https://chanzuckerberg.github.io/dynamic-cell-atlas-specs/v0.2/array-standard.html (and validator)
• OMERO (Seb)
  • OMERO.server
    • Aiming for a release of omero-zarr-pixel-buffer 0.7.0 with Zarr v3/OME-Zarr 0.5 support this week.
    • Updating associated registration/import tooling
    • Looking to include in OMERO server 5.7.0
    • Kevin: leaving at end of September
  • OMERO.web
    • Security release in 8 days
• Bio-Formats (Melissa)
  • PR review yesterday for 9.0.0.
    • Short list to complete for rc0 in the coming days.
• NGFF (Johannes)
  • Good progress on the n5 side of things from John, pre-release possibly this week
  • ome-zarr-py: release pending later today
  • napari-ome-zarr: Single transform pending for implementation
  • potential change in how (and which) schemas are served on the ngff page: https://github.com/ome/ngff/pull/581 to support multiple dev versions.
    • Chris: would be nice if git history of schemas can be used to track decisions and discussions on spec changes.
    • Johannes: tags and changelog will be best starting points
  • Plan to release v0.6 OME-NGFF spec later this week or early next week

  • Hired new RSE to work on ESG 4stars (EU grant) to work with Galaxy people - https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/101290798
  • GerBI is working to fill in Delphi RFC-5 survey.

  • Hired new bioimage analyst starting October 1st. Getting FACS data into OME-Zarrs.
