• IDR (Frances)
  • Working on ro-crate creation for IDR studies, need some more back and forth with BIA. More ome.zarr conversion, “broken” image from idr044 worked too now.
• OMERO (Seb/Petr)
  • Ongoing work to fix OMERO integration tests on UoD Jenkins infrastructure (Petr/Seb/Dom)
    • Reinstalled merge-ci last month following hardware failure
    • All storage now on ESS (prevent future catastrophic failures, but slower/delays)
    • Jobs running daily again
    • Fixing OMERO tests (as a consequence of storage changes associated with the migration) where OMERO pyramids are required. Java tests fixed, still some python tests failing.
    • Should be all green again tomorrow (or next week)
  • Seb
    • OMERO.py 5.23.0 release
  • Andreas
    • OMERO.web 5.33.0 release
      • Support for Python 3.14
      • Support for POST requests in public user mode
    • OMERO.web charter/roster
      • Petr: building, hopefully on snoopy
      • Seb: expecting to get OMERO.server charter done within the next week
