IDR (Frances)
- Running on new Uod infra since last week.
- Working on converting studies to ome.zarr, focus on timelapse first.
OMERO
- JM: merge-ci partially up. Problem with bioformats snapshot version (works when pinned to 8.5.0) due to gradle/guave versions. Would need gradle 7, but not easy (update through whole stack). devspace is now on central storage (can be spun up from other machines in case current fails). Still java version issues.
- Chris: Need to get together and split work.
Bio-Formats (Melissa)
- External contributions to work on.
- Preparing for next release.
NGFF (Tiago)
- Just released 0.6 RC0, Release expected in about a month.
- Petr and Tiago had first “office hour”, good response from Latin America.
GerBI (Tiage/Damian)
- Josh in Bonn for NFDI review.
- Lot of people on vacation. Everyone back in August.
Glencoe (Chris)
- People traveling to SBI2 meeting.
BioVisionCenter (Joel)
- Softlanching the 2026 Zarr hackathon. Not officially annouced yet. Reaching out to interested people.
Community
- Latin America office hour:Participant from Chile and Brazil.
- Asked to present in SBI2 Boston in November.
