  • Dom: live test of UoD deployment of IDR last week went well
  • TBD: set up of available server for testing
  • In progress: updating IDR notebooks to avoid Python connection (Python API no-longer available). Use web / zarr API instead.
• OMERO
  • Andreas: Plan to release OMERO.web 5.32.0 tomorrow with these changes: https://github.com/ome/omero-web/milestone/26?closed=1
  • Seb: OMERO.py minor/patch release upcoming
  • omero-zarr-pixel-buffer with Zarr v3 support testing
    • release candidate testing: mostly file-system and s3 (less focus on https access)
• Bio-Formats
  • Seb: pieces in place for Java 11 support
  • Bio-Formats 9.0 planning
• NGFF (Josh)
  • Coop hackathon last week: mostly road-mapping
  • 0.6 release end of June
