IDR (Will) - testing Dom’s new “readwrite” UoD server: externalInfo has been set on all images that were previously using ZarrReader. Most working fine in iviewer. A couple not (see standup notes)
OMERO (Seb)
- Need a patch release for OMERO.server including Bio-Formats 8.5.0
- OMERO.server 5.7.0 release planning ongoing.
- JM: Build fixed with omero-zarr-pixel-buffer?
- Looking at Insight build, to allow release with latest Bio-Formats
