  • EBI NFS -> Fire migration (and renaming invalid characters)
    • No conflicts in renamed files
  • Merged BioFile Finder PRs. Will spin-up idr-next with these this week
• OMERO (Seb)
  • Release of OMERO.server 5.6.17 and OMERO.web 5.31.0 - see OME website and image.sc announcements
  • Looking into OMERO.insight next with latest Bio-Formats
  • Petr: updating omego package - setuptools etc
• Bio-Formats (Seb)
  • Targetting a 8.5.0 release ~Q1 2026, then moving to Bio-Formats 9 with new Java requirements
• NGFF (Will)
  • looking again at v0.6.dev3 with napari-ome-zarr to handle more complex “scene” graphs
  • Johannes has PRs in ome-zarr-py to update Scaler logic etc
  • Johannes: ngff repo now uses spec from ngff-spec repo

• BioVisionCentre (Joel)
  • working on Fractal paper
  • 0.7.0 release of ome-zarr-converters-tools https://github.com/BioVisionCenter/ome-zarr-converters-tools
    • focused on tiling/stitching FOVs in the HCS context, converting HCS plates to OME-Zarrs
