- IDR (Frances)
- ongoing studies idr0167 and idr0171 ready to import on idr-next
- First, we are reviewing BioFile Finder PRs to include in deployment of idr-next
- Also continue to look at migration of IDR to Dundee infrastructure (Data will stay at EBI)
- OMERO
- Seb: OMERO PR review earlier today. Mostly backend.
- Upcoming OMERO.server components release
- OMERO Java components (omero-model, omero-common…)
- OMERO.scripts
- OMERO.py
- OMERO.insight
- Build system fixed (gh-action and jenkins)
- Recurring questions around the generation of signed packages e.g. for OSX
- Upcoming call between UoD & Glencoe to be scheduled to discuss options
- Hope to release Insight soon, with recent Bio-Formats
- Depending on the outcome of the discussion above, targeting an OMERO.server 5.6.17 and possibly an OMERO.insight release in the next 1-2 weeks
- Proposing to deprecate & archive OMERO.dropbox. Needs good communication of decisions to the community
- omero-web PRs to be reviewed on friday meeting
- Bio-Formats
- PR review on Monday formats meeting and 8.5.0 to be discussed
- NGFF
- Will: propose to merge https://github.com/ome/ome-zarr-py/pull/476
- Would be good go get a bunch of other PRs merged and released too
- Tiago: GerBI now having ngff PR review meetings every 2 weeks, moving towards v0.6 release.

- Joel: ngio close to release with v0.5 support
