  • prod130 release planned for Thursday: idr0168 protein localisation, idr0173
  • BioFile Finder testing looking good. Planned to include in the following release
• OMERO (Andreas)
  • image.sc announcement of OMERO.web security release for Monday (5.29.3)
  • Seb: some PRs from Remy (against Tom’s script and Figure split-view script & UI). Release need to sync web and server scripts. Review in December.
  • JM: we will discuss at Walsrode hackathon.

  • Next release planned in January
  • Last formats meeting for NGFF etc this year on 24th Nov

  • NGFF Hackathon in Zurich last week (Will, Jean-Marie, Dom, Josh, Seb, Tom)

    • Vizarr2 - worked with Dave and Daniella on RFC-5 support (2D for now)
    • Started OpenSeaDragon TileLoader using ome-zarr.js to render OME-Zarr
    • JM: Dave Horsfall mentioned that vizarr2 was able to view OME-Zarr.zip image
    • Seb: good discussions etc.
