  • working on idr0168, OME-Zarr images, protein localisation. Expect to release in late November

  • Chris: redis issue (see previous weeks) handling different OS, RHEL8 etc.
• Bio-Formats
  • expect to next set release date on Monday
• NGFF
  • Will: discussed https://github.com/ome/napari-ome-zarr/pull/123 (drop ome-zarr use) with Josh on Friday. Plan to merge after Johannes reviews. Will: fix pre v0.4 support. Then we can focus on RFC-5 https://github.com/will-moore/napari-ome-zarr/pull/2 - possibly merge before Zurich
