  • Dom: Imported idr0159 (insect lightsheet) and idr0165 (human hyperspectraledx)into idr-next. Frances to check when she’s back from NFDI meeting in Germany.
  • Aiming for a release mid Feb.
• OMERO
  • Andreas: Looking into some issues in omero-web with very high channel count images. Preview panel and Save To All.
  • JM: Planning OMERO release with BF upadte.
  • LUTs PR - workflow looking better
• Bio-Formats
  • 8.1.0 to be released tomorrow. Completing release notes later today
• NGFF
  • JM: Tech-dev meeting last week.
    • Data stories form ready, to collect info (till 7th Feb)
    • doodle-poll for Dev meeting next week.
    • Suggestions for naming, repos etc ongoing
    • Dom looking at Java code for Zarr.
