  • idr0139 onto idr-next, large screen, release estimated mid-August
  • next release OME-NGFF upgrade
  • Seb and Frances had meeting last weeek for the storage consolidation with EBI team
  • another meeting planned this Thursday
  • Jason: need to highlight NGFF examples on the IDR website
• OMERO
  • release of OMERO.web 5.22.0 and OMERO 5.6.8
  • JM: streamlined openmicroscopy release
    • fix redirects
    • todo: update repo post omero-gateway
  • Chris: cleanups script ready, to fix import memory leak issues on the server memory
  • OMERO.insight release in preparation (with B-F 6.14)
  • Installation of OMERO on Rocky Linux progress
    • ice package and python bindings
    • OMERO.server running on Rocky Linux 9
    • Need to look how this works on RHEL 9
  • Ansible roles clenup progressing
