  • idr0148 released on Wednesday
  • Will: still working on NGFF Fileset swapping: Seeing Wells getting mixed up. David back tomorrow
  • Search: update on auto-complete - PR needs final testing
• OMERO:
  • Kevin: histogram update on server - currently excluded due to build issues
• Bio-Formats:
  • Melissa: dependency work going well - some issues with OMERO builds. Feedback from Fiji team on resolving dependecies issues.

  • 24th April: EastBIO in Dundee
  • NEUBIAS 8th May - finalising details. Focus on analysis, including NGFF
  • Jason: planning meeting with various OMERO partners 19th, 20th June, Glencoe, OME, GerBI, Jax etc in person!
    • Zoom call to plan in May
