  • new Dataset idr0148 kidney TEM, passed validation
    • Expect to release next month
  • Search UI improvements - TBD
  • Khaled: looking at handling permissions.
    • Flag to filter by ‘public’ data
    • Authentication (WIP): lookup user and groups from server
    • Will present at this meeting in a few weeks

• OMERO:

• Bio-Formats (David):
  • ZarrReader release last week - updates for IDR
  • Issues with Fiji updates - dependencies bumped and conflicting
  • Next release likely to be minor release 6.13.0 with these changes
• NGFF (Will)
  • ome-zarr-py Milestone - few PRs merged and a couple need reviewing
